Outcome
Create an execution-ready work order that retains the plan, repository, tests, and outcome context.
Before you begin
- A completed product plan or an approved execution brief
- Target repository selected
Create a work order
Create from a completed plan when possible. Confirm the objective, target repository, scope boundaries, acceptance criteria, and required tests.
Review context
Check linked evidence, resource links, environment policy, and agent guidance. Remove stale or contradictory instructions before execution.
Start execution
Choose a healthy runner and policy, then start one Build run. Monitor steps and wait for evidence at gates rather than launching duplicate runs.
Close or cancel
Cancel work that is unsafe or no longer valid and record the reason. Close completed work only after the diff, tests, delivery reference, and intended outcome are reviewable.
