Outcome
Produce a completed, source-cited product plan that engineering can use without reconstructing product intent.
Before you begin
- A reviewed theme with supporting insights
- A named owner for scope decisions
Choose a theme
Open a theme and verify that the problem statement, affected accounts, and source evidence are current. Resolve duplicates and weakly supported claims before generating a plan.
Generate the draft
Create a plan from the theme. FeatureFactory uses the selected evidence and guidance to draft the problem, scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, risks, and open questions.
Review evidence and scope
Check every important assertion against its source. Remove unsupported requirements, define non-goals, and turn ambiguity into explicit open questions.
Complete the plan
Resolve open questions, confirm acceptance criteria are testable, name the intended outcome, and move the plan to completed when it is ready for delivery.
Export or start delivery
Export the plan for an external workflow, attach resource links, or create a FeatureFactory work order. Keep the plan linked so delivery and outcomes retain product context.
