Outcome
Create a controlled work order from a completed plan and follow it through execution gates.
Before you begin
- A completed plan
- A configured Local Runner or cloud execution option
- Repository access for the target work
Prepare the plan
Confirm scope, acceptance criteria, target repository, resource links, and outcome. Build should begin from a plan that no longer has unresolved product decisions.
Create a work order
Select Start Build, review the generated work order, choose the target repository and execution policy, and confirm the test expectations.
Choose a runner
Use Local Runner when work must execute in your managed environment. Use cloud execution only when its isolation and credential policy match the repository. Confirm the runner is healthy before starting.
Review gates
Monitor steps and logs. Approve a gate only after checking the requested evidence. Reject or cancel when the run diverges from scope, exposes unsafe behavior, or cannot satisfy required tests.
Confirm the outcome
Review the final diff, test results, and delivery reference. Link the release and outcome after the change ships so product intent and observed result remain connected.
