Before you begin
- Provider authorization
- A defined set of projects, channels, inboxes, or records that contain useful product signal
Choose a source
Select the provider that owns the original evidence. Use the native connector when available, or the API and custom connector contract for an internal source.
Configure scope
Limit ingestion to relevant projects, channels, teams, or record types. Exclude operational noise and sources that your privacy policy does not permit FeatureFactory to process.
Run first sync
Complete authorization and start synchronization. Monitor integration health rather than reconnecting while an initial import is still active.
Validate signals
Open several imported signals and verify source links, timestamps, account context, body content, and privacy expectations before using extracted insights.
