Outcome
Connect a provider with narrow scope, monitor health states, and recover safely.
Before you begin
- Provider credentials or OAuth approval
- A defined resource scope and data owner
Connect a provider
Open the provider, review requested access, and complete OAuth or managed credential setup. Never paste secrets into product feedback or documentation screenshots.
Select resources
Choose only the repositories, projects, channels, inboxes, or objects needed for the product workflow. Validate mappings before enabling broad synchronization.
Review health
Healthy means normal synchronization. Delayed indicates pending work or rate limits. Degraded or failed requires the displayed recovery action. Disconnected means authorization is no longer available.
Recover a connection
Restore provider access or correct mapping first, then retry from Sync status. Verify a recent source record after recovery and avoid reconnecting repeatedly during rate limiting.
