Outcome

Interpret a product state and choose a recovery path that preserves evidence.

Before you begin

  • The affected account, integration, repository, work order, or request reference
Use the failed task details to choose a safe retry, resume, or mapping recovery action.

Connection states

Healthy is operating normally. Delayed is waiting on queued work or provider limits. Degraded has partial function and a recovery action. Failed needs intervention. Disconnected no longer has valid authorization.

Processing states

Pending and queued have not started, processing is active, completed has durable output, cancelled stopped intentionally, and failed should include a recoverable or support action. Avoid duplicate retries while processing.

Build states

A Build run can wait for a runner, execute, pause at a gate, complete, fail, or be cancelled. Review logs and partial output before retrying a failed step or creating another run.

Recovery index

Use onboarding troubleshooting for setup and missing Measure data, integration health for source failures, runner recovery for Build, and the API reference for request errors. Send native feedback from the affected page with its reference when the documented recovery repeats without success.
