Connect customer-facing sources while limiting ingestion to useful, permitted evidence.
Before you begin
- Provider authorization
- Approved channels, objects, inboxes, or meeting scope
- A documented privacy and retention decision
Choose useful sources
Define which customer questions the integration should answer. Exclude internal chatter, sensitive channels, and record types that will not support product decisions.
Connect Slack
Authorize the workspace and select approved channels. Review privacy behavior and confirm that a representative message retains source context without exposing unrelated conversation.
Connect CRM and support
Authorize HubSpot, Intercom, or Zendesk, select relevant objects or inboxes, and validate account matching before using tier, revenue, or health context.
Connect calls and validate privacy
Authorize Fireflies and select permitted meeting scope. Verify participant, recording, transcript, and retention expectations before extracting insights.
