Outcome
Resolve customer identities across systems and safely refresh deeper account context.
Before you begin
- Connected CRM, support, billing, or product sources
- Known domains or external identifiers for important accounts
Review proposed matches
Compare domain, external IDs, names, and source evidence. Accept only matches that represent the same customer entity; similar names alone are not sufficient.
Resolve duplicates
Choose the canonical account and preserve source identifiers when merging or remapping. Review related insights and requests after the change.
Run deep sync
Use deep sync when the account needs additional source history or mappings. Start one operation and monitor its status instead of launching overlapping refreshes.
Verify context
Confirm the account timeline, health inputs, request evidence, and source links after synchronization. Correct the integration mapping if data is still assigned to the wrong account.
