Before you begin
- The affected GitHub organization and repository names
GitHub is not connected
Check whether the GitHub App installation is approved and active in GitHub. Reopen the connection from Settings, Integrations. If another FeatureFactory organization owns the installation, use the intended organization before reconnecting.
A repository is missing
Edit the GitHub App installation and include the repository, then refresh the integration. Confirm that the repository is not archived and belongs to the selected GitHub organization.
Backfill is delayed
Open Sync status and read the current stage. Wait for a provider rate limit to clear. Use Retry only when the page identifies a recoverable failure. Large histories can continue processing after initial pull requests appear.
Scores are missing
Confirm that the pull request is merged, its commits are imported, and analysis is complete. Check plan analysis limits and scoring settings. An unlinked identity affects people views but should not remove the source pull request.
Get more help
Send feedback from inside the affected page so FeatureFactory receives the route, account context, environment, and optional screenshot. Include the repository and pull request reference, but never include tokens or private credentials.
