Outcome
Use the product command center to prioritize attention and connect delivery to a measurable result.

- A current organization
- Connected evidence for the product areas you use
Review the dashboard
Start with attention items, processing state, active work, and outcome movement. Treat empty or delayed sections as a data-health question before treating them as a business result.
Open an attention item
Follow the card to its source workflow, review the underlying evidence, and take the smallest safe recovery or decision action. Return to the dashboard to confirm the item clears.
Define an outcome
Name the customer or delivery result, choose an owner and measurement window, and link the plans, work orders, releases, and signals expected to influence it.
Review post-release evidence
After delivery, compare the intended result with observed customer and engineering signals. Record whether the outcome was met, missed, or still uncertain and use that evidence in the next plan.
