Understand backfill and sync progress
Track the initial history import, ongoing synchronization, and recoverable failures.

What happens after activation
FeatureFactory queues the first backfill when a repository is activated. Import depth depends on the active plan, available GitHub history, and current queue load. Pull requests can appear before every score and aggregate is complete.
Track progress

Open Sync status
Review the integration state, latest successful sync, and any current operation.

Open the repository
Confirm imported pull requests and the time of the most recent repository sync.

Wait for processing
A score appears after the required pull request and commit evidence has been imported and analysis has completed.
When scores appear
Small repositories often reach first value quickly, while large histories and rate limits take longer. Use Sync status as the source of truth instead of relying on a fixed time promise.
Recover a delayed sync
Follow the recovery action shown beside the failed or delayed operation. Common fixes are restoring GitHub App access, adding a missing repository to the installation, or retrying after a provider rate limit. Contact support with the repository name and sync reference if retries continue to fail.
