Outcome

Move one customer need through evidence review, planning, execution, and outcome measurement.

Before you begin

  • A connected signal source
  • Plan and Build enabled
  • A registered execution option for Build
Turn scattered customer signals into themes that preserve the supporting evidence.
Keep customer evidence, requirements, and expected outcomes attached to the plan.
Move agent work through visible steps and human approval gates.

Connect a signal

Connect a supported source or ingest signal records through the API. Preserve the source identifier, customer context, and link so every later decision remains traceable.

Review insights

Use the review queue to verify extracted needs, remove duplicates, and reject unsupported interpretation. Keep meaningful quotes and references attached.

Build a theme

Group related insights into a theme with a clear problem statement, affected accounts, and supporting evidence. A theme should describe the need before prescribing the feature.

Create a plan

Generate a plan from the theme, review scope and acceptance criteria, resolve open questions, and complete the plan before delivery.

Run the work

Create a work order from the completed plan. Choose the runner and policy, review gates, and keep a human approval step for consequential changes.

Measure the outcome

Link the shipped release to the intended outcome. Review customer and delivery signals after release, then feed the result back into the next planning decision.
