Review trial status
The billing page shows the active plan, trial end, subscription state, and available actions. Trial access ends at the displayed date unless a paid subscription is started.
Understand seats and limits
Open Usage to review current consumption and plan limits. Seats count active billable membership according to the plan. Other limits can apply to analysis volume, history depth, exports, or Build usage. The product shows an upgrade action before an operation that exceeds a limit.
Manage billing
Use Billing to choose a plan, update the payment method, and open invoice history. Payment details are handled through the billing provider and are not stored directly by FeatureFactory.
When a payment needs attention
Follow the payment action shown in Billing. Update the payment method or complete required authentication, then return to FeatureFactory and refresh the status. Contact support with the invoice reference if the provider reports success but the account remains restricted.
