This is the full FeatureFactory journey, walked with a worked example: from a validated opportunity to a shipped, measured feature. It shows how the handoff into the Plan pillar works and where agents and measurement fit.

1

Pick a validated opportunity

Start with an opportunity that scores well on intensity, frequency, and willingness to pay, and that comes with real sourced evidence. That evidence is the "why" you will carry the whole way.

2

Hand it off: signal to insight to theme

Sending an opportunity into the Plan pillar creates a signal, extracts an insight, and groups it into a theme, the same path any Jira or Slack signal takes. The opportunity becomes a first-class part of your roadmap.

3

Generate the PRD

The theme feeds a PRD that is enriched, researched, checked against the competitive landscape, assembled, and refined. The competitor analysis extends the gap notes the finder already produced.

4

Build with agents

The PRD becomes work orders that agents execute and humans review. The target outcome stays attached so the build never drifts from the point.

5

Measure and loop back

After it ships, measure the outcome against the target. Feed the result back into your signal so the next opportunity is sharper than the last.

FAQ

No. The source quotes and dates travel with the signal into the plan, so the reason the work exists survives all the way to the build and the measurement.
